# Be-Inc

> Be-Inc is the contextual writing assistant that coaches employees in real time, right where they already work: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Workspace (beta). While people write, Be-Inc suggests alternatives for brand, clarity, tone and inclusivity and explains why with every suggestion; the writer decides. Organisations get anonymised, team-level evidence for CSRD/ESRS S1, tenders and works councils. EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant, made in the Netherlands by Be-Inc B.V. (Helmond).
