Where are our texts processed?
In Europe. Be-Inc uses a European language model (Mistral), filtering on Azure in Europe and a knowledge base in Europe. Texts are not stored and never train a public model. Be-Inc is GDPR-compliant and EU AI Act-ready.
What about the works council?
Be-Inc assesses text, never people. There are no individual scores and reporting is only anonymised at team level, from around ten people. That makes the conversation with the works council concrete.
