Everyone feels addressed, from the very first job ad
One word in a job ad can cost you the best candidate. Be-Inc is the coach beside you in Word and Outlook that shows where language unintentionally excludes, explains why, and suggests an alternative that works for everyone.
We’re looking for a young, dynamic recruiter.
Opportunities
Where there’s most to gain
The content is usually right. The difference is in how a message lands. At these moments, a small change makes the biggest impact.
Job ads that attract more talent
A term like “native speaker” or “young, dynamic team” is quickly written. A small change makes more candidates feel invited.
Rejections with respect
A rejection email is often the last contact with a candidate. A warm, clear tone strengthens your employer brand, even with a no.
DEI in everyday work
A style guide and training (in person or online) lay a good foundation. Be-Inc complements that in everyday work: hiring managers apply that knowledge at the moment they write a job ad or email themselves.
What Be-Inc changes
A coach beside you, right where you already write
Be-Inc works in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams, and in beta in Google Workspace. Every suggestion follows the same pattern: observation, why, alternative. The writer decides.
Inclusive writing, explained
Be-Inc flags words that unintentionally exclude people, explains why and offers an alternative. Recruiters and hiring managers learn as they write.
A tone that strengthens your employer brand
From invitation to rejection: Be-Inc shows where a message lands as curt or distant and helps make it warmer and clearer.
Evidence for CSRD, VSME and EcoVadis
The dashboard shows anonymously, per team, which themes come up, such as gender-inclusive language and equal footing. Usable for ESRS S1 under CSRD, VSME reporting for SMEs, EcoVadis (labour and human rights) and the works council.
Seeing whether training lands
For L&D: see over time whether themes from a training, such as inclusive or clear communication, show up in everyday writing. Data from your own organisation, so you can show leadership how things really are here.

FAQ
Questions about Be-Inc for HR, People & Culture
Want to know about cost and getting started? See pricing.
What is inclusive language?
Inclusive language is language that excludes no one by accident, so every reader feels addressed. Think gender-neutral job titles, no unnecessary requirements such as “native speaker” and no assumptions about age or background. Be-Inc flags such words and suggests an alternative.
Does Be-Inc also work for hiring managers outside HR?
Yes. Be-Inc works for everyone in Microsoft 365, and in beta in Google Workspace. Hiring managers who write their own job ads or emails get coaching at the moment it counts.
How does Be-Inc help with ESRS S1, VSME and EcoVadis?
ESRS S1 is the CSRD standard on your own workforce, including equal treatment and inclusion. VSME is the voluntary sustainability standard for SMEs, and EcoVadis assesses labour and human rights, among other things. For all three, Be-Inc provides anonymised team-level evidence of inclusive communication, to support your policy.
Which team do you usually start with?
Often with HR, Recruitment or Sales, because they write many external messages. Rolling out widely straight away works too. Upfront, we agree together what you want to steer on.
